L´azienda agricola è costituita da 122 ha ca di terreno Di questi 122 ha 11,5 ha sono coltivati a vigneto (Sangiovese - Cabernet Sauvignon). Gli altri ettari sono a seminativo, oliveto e bosco (possibilità di impiantare altri 4/5 ha. Di vigneto).
Sulla proprietà insiste un fabbricato adibito ad abitazione completamente ristrutturato. Dal 2005 è stata costruita una cantina di vinificazione dove viene lavorato il vino prodotto.
La zona è una delle più incantevoli località della Maremma, con davanti la penisola dell´Argentario e l´isola del Giglio.
L´az. Agricola è inoltre proprietaria di un´altra cantina del 1300 posta sotto la chiesa di Scansano, anche questa completamente ristrutturata in stile ad adibita locale per l´invecchiamento di una parte del vino.
L´azienda ha una previsione di produrre 200.000 bottiglie di vino con 3 etichette (attualmente ne ha 2). Nel 2006 sono pronte per la vendita ca. 80.000 bottiglie che distribuirà in Italia - Germania - Svizzera - Gran Bretagna attraverso agenti diretti coordinati da un responsabile commerciale.
L´azienda ha attualmente in carico il seguente personale:
N° 2 lavoratori agricoli per i campi;
N° 1 Enologo come professionista;
N° 1 Responsabile alle vendite Italia
N° 1 Responsabile generale.
L´azienda attualmente vende sia attraverso agenti plurimandatari (Italia) e direttamente per l´estero.


The farm is made up of 122 hectares of land of which 11,5 hectares are vineyard (Sangiovese - Cabernet Sauvignon). The rest is arable land, olive grove and wood (with the possibility of planting an additional 4/5 hectares of vineyard).
The property includes a house recently renovated and a vinification cellar built in 2005 were the wine is processed.
The area is one of the most enchanting of the Maremman region as it faces the Argentario peninsula and the Giglio Island.
The property also includes a second wine cellar dating back to the 14th century located under the Scansano church. This too has been completely renovated and is used as an aging cellar for part of the wine produced by the estate.
For the future, the estate estimates a production of 200.000 bottles of wine with 3 labels (at the moment the labels are 2). In 2006 80.000 bottles were prepared for sale in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Great Britain through direct brokers coordinated by the sales manager of the estate.
The estate at present counts the following staff members:
N° 2 farm workers for the vineyard;
N° 1 professional oenologist;
N° 1 sales manager for Italy
N° 1 general manager.
The estate at present sells through brokers (Italy) or directly for export.
